Product Features and Uses

The raw material for the reactor chip is submicron high-purity silicon carbide, with a purity of over 99.5%. It is produced using a pressureless sintering process at 2150 degrees and is precision machined, resistant to various chemical corrosion, and can be used in systems including hydrofluoric acid, strong alkalis, and high-temperature environments.
The thermal conductivity reaches 130W/(㎡·K), greatly improving the heat transfer conditions during the reaction process and accelerating the reaction rate.

Characteristics of Pressureless Sintered Silicon Carbide Ceramic Material

Pressureless sintered silicon carbide ceramics are made from high-purity, ultra-fine silicon carbide powder, with a small amount of sintering aids added. They are sintered in an inert gas or vacuum atmosphere at high temperatures of 1950~2100℃, resulting in products that are almost completely dense and have excellent mechanical properties. Pressureless sintered silicon carbide ceramics include products such as sleeve-type products, sliding bearings, mechanical sealing rings, flat rings, sandblasting nozzles, bulletproof plates, ceramic heating plates, ceramic heat spreaders, 3D glass thermal bending grinding tools, and microchannel reactor ceramic plates.
